For ordinary wear and tear, the HOA will be responsible for the repairs. However, if the damage is a result of the Tenant’s negligence, Tenant is responsible. Please see HOA rules and regulations for any exceptions.

 

HOA has provided you with the name and contact information of the property manager, upon move-in. Tenants can also contact the HOA through this website.

 

Please expect to receive a response on a repair request within 48 hours for a routine non-lifethreatening requests.

 

In case of an emergency:

  • Call 911 for fire, gas or medical emergency .
  • Evacuate the building by the safest route.
  • Don’t use the elevator in case of a fire, gas or any other reason that would make the elevator unsafe to use.
  • Tenants may also leave the building by way of the back stairwell.

 

Security alarms and monitoring are allowed at the tenants’ expense.

 

The HOA provides:

  • The rooftop terrace for the tenants’ enjoyment
  • Cleaning and maintenance of the common areas
  • Landscaping of the grounds
  • Maintenance of the elevator
  • Extra storage in the garage for each apartment

 

The rent is due on the 1st of each month. Rent is late with charges after the 3rd of each month as is written in the lease agreements.

 

Cash and credit cards are NOT accepted. Personal, cashiers’ checks and money orders are accepted.

 

The trash cans must be placed curbside in proper receptacles on Mondays for the City of Houston to pick up. The city provides the garbage bins to the lessee. The homeowners will be charged should the garbage accumulate in the staging area and the HOA has to place the trash curbside.

 

The apartments can be painted but the original colors must be restored at the end of the lease, at the Tenant's expense.
